Obituary of William Elliott Tucker

William “Bill” Elliott Tucker passed away November 5, 2017 after a year long battle with liver disease. Bill was born on November 3, 1963, the youngest child of the late William F and Dixie Starnes Tucker. Bill graduated from R.B. Stall High School in 1981 and then worked in the HVAC industry. He worked for Atlas Electric and the CCSD for most of his career. Bill is survived by his sister, Ginger; brother, Jerry and his wife, Leslie; nieces, Melissa, Angie, Ashley, Amanda and nephew Andrew; several grand nephews, a host of uncles, aunts and cousins. He is also survived by many life long friends and neighbors. Ginger and the family would like to express our deepest gratitude to all our friends and neighbors for their gracious and endless support during Bill’s illness. The family would also like to express their sincerest thanks to Roper Hospice and the many nurses and skilled professionals who took such great care of Bill. To Eddie, Cat, Amber, Zan, Bent and so many others. A memorial service will be held Monday, November 20, 2017 at 12 pm at Simplicity Lowcountry, North Charleston Chapel, 7475 Peppermill Parkway Suite E, North Charleston.
