Obituary of Cecelia Ann McDowell

Cecelia Ann McDowell , 70 , of Pineville , South Carolina passed away October 23, 2017 at Pineville , South Carolina . She was born on January 23, 1947 in San Antonio , Texas to the late Oscar and Elinor (Edmond) Chance . Cece was a warm hearted and spirited soul who blessed the hearts of any person fortunate to know her. She loved spending time with her grandkids and She had a one of a kind personality. Cecelia is survived by: her daughter Tina (Steve) Weinecke, 3 Grandchildren Rocky Myers, Melanie (Ryan) Boren, Bobbi Myers, and 4 great-grandchildren, Kayla, Isabella, Cody, and Tristen She was preceded in death by: George “Bud” McDowell, Jesse Ray Bristol Jr., and parents Oscar and Elinor Chance Memorial services will be at Russellville Christian Church on Nov. 11th at 2:00 pm with Pastor Gene Morehouse officiating. Memorials may be made to the Doc Williams SPCA in Cecelia’s name. Thank you for your support.
