Obituary of Geraldine Ussery

Geraldine Ussery, 72, of Summerville SC, passed away peacefully in her home on September 25, 2017. Funeral Services will be 2 pm Saturday September 30th, in the BACONS BRIDGE FREE WORSHIP CENTER, Summerville SC. The family will receive friends at 1 pm, until the hour of service. Internment will be in Whispering Pines Memorial Gardens, Monks Corner SC. Flowers will be accepted and may be sent to the funeral home, SIMPLICITY LOWCOUNTRY CREMATION AND BURIAL SERVICES, 281 Treeline Drive, Ladson SC, 29456. Geraldine was born May 31, 1945. She was predeceased by a daughter, Greta Lynn Ussery, her mother, Lois Patrick, her father Cecil Moore, her step father, Daniel Patrick, and two brothers, Levi Moore, and Wayne Moore. Surviving are her husband of 54 years, George D. Ussery Sr, her children, George D. Ussery Jr. and his wife Annette of Freehold NJ, Sabrina Johnson and her husband Jay of Dorchester SC, Joseph Ussery and his wife Tracey of Summerville SC, Tonya Fuentes of Waldorf Md, two sisters, Cheryl Lynch and her husband Michael of Saint George SC, Ellen Stroble and her husband George of Saint George SC, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
