Michael Waylon Goettsch, 36 of Summerville, South Carolina died Tuesday, September 5, 2017. The relatives and friends of Waylon are invited to attend his visitation at Simplicity: Lowcountry Cremation & Burial Services (281 Treeland Dr, Ladson, SC) on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Born August 9, 1981, in Charleston, SC, Waylon was the son of Jeffrey Wayne and Page Goettsch Peterson. Waylon is survived by his parents, Jeff and Page Peterson of Summerville, SC; 4 daughters, Myla Rene, Maci Rhea, Mallori Raylon and Meadow Rose; his siblings, Annetta E. Williams of N. Charleston and Natalie F. Peterson of Summerville, SC; maternal grandparents, Russell D. and Kathleen B. Goettsch of Summerville, SC, paternal grandparents, William and Helen M. Peterson of Goose Creek, SC; many aunts, uncles and cousins. In lieu of flowers, a contribution may be made in honor of Waylon for his daughters.
