Obituary of David Michael Hurst

David Michael Hurst, 52, of North Charleston, South Carolina passed away from a heart attack on August 17, 2017 at his home in North Charleston, South Carolina. He was born on June 6, 1965 in Beaufort, South Carolina to William R Hurst and Marjorie Hurst Scott. David attended Stall High School where he learned HV/AC which he enjoyed for over 30 years. He was a loving partner, son, father, brother and friend. He had the biggest heart and would do anything for anyone. He will be missed by so many. David is survived by his fiancée and soul mate of over four years Wendy L Patterson-Emanuelson, her sons Alex Pechlin and Justin McDonald, his daughter Jessica Hilliard and grandson Joshua, his sisters Susan Kettering and Diane Hughes, his step-father Leon Scott as well as his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and his brother William R Hurst, Jr. Funeral services will be at Simplicity: Lowcountry Cremation and Burial Services in North Charleston on August 22, 2017 at 2:00 PM.
