Obituary of Cynthia Murray Nimmich

Cynthia (Cindy) Murray Nimmich entered into her Savior’s arms Thursday, August 2, 2017. Cindy was born June 30, 1957 in Charleston, South Carolina, the daughter of the late Donald Murray and Patricia Murray. She graduated from North Charleston High School. Cindy worked in the tourism industry and later for the Citadel print shop. Cindy loved gardening, her pups Darla and Little Bit, and her Bird. She was an avid reader, and loved the beach. Cindy is survived by her husband of 19 years, Ken Nimmich. She is also survived by her mother, Patricia Murray, sister Donna Hamrick (Joe), son Christopher Michael Murray of Anderson, SC., granddaughter Alyssa Murray, grandson Hunter Murray, and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the local SPCA in her memory. Arrangements will be privately arranged by Simplicity: Lowcountry Cremation & Burial Services of North Charleston, SC.
