On May 6, 2020 at the Strawberry Chapel train trestles Taylor died from accidental drowning at 17 years old. Taylor was bright and full of life. Taylor had a heart full of love for his family and his friends.

 

Taylor played football for Stratford High School and was on the wrestling team.

 

Taylor is predeceased by his father Robert G. Melvin. Taylor is survived by his mother, Jody Melvin and sister, Jordyn and niece Piper, brother Graeson and youngest sister Skylor and Elizabeth and Torrey Eckmark and cousins Tianna and Tiara, Jennifer and Eric McCrary and cousins Abigail, Emily and Eric, Jason and Missy Feagin and cousin Adam and his grandparents Jane Shaver and Randy Feagin.

 

Most friends know him has Taylor or Tay.

 

Arrangements have been made for a private service at the funeral home to follow with a celebration of life.
