Obituary of Erik Tamplin

Our beloved Erik Brian Tamplin, of Beaufort, SC, passed away suddenly on December 17, 2020. He was born on July 5, 1973 at Fort Ord, California. He graduated from NOVA with an AS degree followed by a BS and a Masters degree with honors from FSU. In 1996, Erik founded Stable Digital Media which he owned and operated until his death.

Erik is survived by his father and step-mother, Mr. and Mrs. Jim (Suzy) Tamplin of Statham, GA; his mother, Mrs. Ann DelSanto and step-father John of Woodstock, GA; his brothers, sister, brother in-law and sister in-law, Mr. Jamey Tamplin of Gainesville, GA, Ms. Kathryn Arbour of Wimbledon, England, Mr. Jimmy Gatt (Steve) of Marietta, GA, and Mr. and Mrs. Ethan Stokes (Ann) of Marietta, GA. He is also survived by five nephews and one niece.

Per Erik’s request, his remains were cremated and his ashes will be spread in the north Georgia mountains. A celebration of his life will be held after the COVID crisis has passed. Details of the celebration will be provided on his FB page as well on his father’s. Erik was an extremely gentle and humble man who was loved by his family and friends.
