Obituary of Frank James Skibba III

Frank James Skibba (Butch to his family)

72, of Ridgeville, SC., passed away on Tuesday February 2, 2021.  He was born December 29, 1948, in Muskogee, OK. He was the son of Frank and Fran Skibba. He spent his childhood till his teens in Houston, TX.

After graduating high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy where he served his country for 4 plus years.

He later went to work for Robert Bosch Charleston. He retired from Bosch after 30 plus years. Frank was a real cowboy at heart. He loved bird hunting with his dogs, fishing, and NASCAR. He loved people especially the people that he worked with and hunted with.

He was survived by his wife Sally, a Step-son Philip Turner, a son Kenneth Skibba two sisters, Peggy Mann (Jack) and their family of Beaumont, TX and Anne Ross and her son of Vidor, TX., and his two bird dogs Trixie and Sammy. Frank will be missed dearly.
