Obituary of Steven Edward Phebus

Steven Edward Phebus, 58 years old of Summerville, South Carolina, husband of Cindy Kopatch Phebus passed away on Thursday, March 25, 2021.

Steven was born on June 29, 1962 in Tacoma Park, MD.  Son of James and Joan Phebus of Hagerstown, MD. Steven proudly served four years in the US Army.  He enjoyed watching football, Nascar, construction and remodeling, loved being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.  

In addition to his wife Cindy, Steven is survived by three brothers; Mike, Chuck and John (Chrissy) Phebus; two sisters Kathy (Jeff) Subleski and Connie (Brent) Spear;  five sons, Jason, Wesley (Casey), Blaine (Shaelyn), Clayton and Dalton Phebus; two stepsons, Daniel and Austin Dease; and he was the proud grandfather of six granddaughters and five grandsons.   

Face masks are required.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions for funeral services may be made in honor of Steven to Cindy Phebus.
