Edna P. Hargis, 77, of North Charleston, loving wife of Clifford Jay Tolppa and a former daycare provider, died Sunday. A memorial service will be held at Deep River Church of God at 8190 Dorchester Road, North Charleston, SC 29418 on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 2:00 p.m.
