Ashley Nicole Smith, 31, Ladson SC, Ashley was born Jan.6, 1987  and entered into rest on July 7, 2018 at Summerville Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her Popa (Jack) and PawPaw (Terry). She is survived by her Mother; Angela Fallo (Scott), Father; Codie  Smith Sr., Sons; Jaylnn Chak and Rylan Morrison, Daughter; Krista Lynn Nicole Smith, Brother; Codie Smith Jr. (Samantha) Sister; Rebecca Williamson, her nana (Jean) and several beloved aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
