Obituary of Cecile (CeeCee) Wheeler Bowzard

Lebanon Community-  Mrs. Cecile (CeeCee) Wheeler Bowzard, 73, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 13, 2021.

CeeCee was born December 14, 1947 in Charleston, SC.  She was the daughter of the late James Vance Wheeler and Eugena Parrish Wheeler.  She was preceded in death by her two brothers Jimmy and Pete Wheeler.

CeeCee is survived by her devoted husband of 54 years Thomas (Tommy) Bowzard, her daughter Tammy McGowan and husband Joe of Lebanon, SC.  Also, her son Thomas (Allen) Bowzard II and wife Leah of Summerville, SC.  She leaves behind her wonderful, beloved grandchildren Brent, Alex, Kyle and Ella.  She will be sadly missed by her Boykin Spaniels Bella and Tucker.

She will be remembered for her faithful devotion to her family, friends and her love of the “Low Country”.

Funeral services will be held at Cypress United Methodist Church
256 Meyers-Mayo Road, Ridgeville, SC 29472 on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 2:00PM.
