Obituary of Phillip Michael Adams

Phillip Michael Adams, 40, of Moncks Corner, South Carolina passed away August 30, 2018 in Charleston, South Carolina. He was born on July 5,1978 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Phillip graduated from ECPI University with an A.A.S. and was employed by Anderson Merchandisers.

Phil had a love of people and made a friend out of everyone he met. He had a laugh that was contagious and eyes that could see straight through to your soul. He was often selfless and determined to protect what he loved the most; his girls. His many loves included music, his family, Star Wars, the Philadelphia Eagles and most recently the Clemson Tigers.

Phillip is survived by Virginia “Ginny” Adams, wife; Sasha Michael Adams, son; Jazlyn Sweat-Ladson, stepdaughter; Denise and Glenn Landhan, parents; Johara Landhan and Savannah Miller (Horace Miller Jr.), sisters; Glenn “Dougie” Landhan, Jr. brother; Mary Adams, grandmother; Karen Adams and Sheila Adams-Ebey (Jerry Ebey), aunts, Derek Adams (Regina Adams) and Kenneth Adams (Monica Adams), uncles; Victoria Torres, Sara Adams, Techina Adams, Teresa Adams, Wynton Adams, Raphael Torres, cousins; he was preceded in death by Otis Adams (P-Pop) and Aslean Landhan, grandparents.

The family asks that you join them in celebrating him in true “Phil” style and wear Star Wars or Eagles attire. Memorial service will be held at Simplicity Funeral Home of Summerville September 13^th 2018 at 12pm. The family will receive friends for a celebration of life at 2pm at Unity Church 2535 Leeds Ave, Charleston, SC 29405.
