Obituary of Shelia Garrett Miller

Shelia Lynn Garrett Miller age 76 passed away at her residence on October 23, 2022 in Ridgeville, SC. She was born in Bluefield, WV July 29th 1946 to (Preceded) Charles Henry Garrett and Edna Sparks Garrett. They soon moved to Kingsport, TN where she resided nearly 30 years. She precedes her husband James E Miller whom died in Feb 2012. She had 3 Children Deanna Miller Spires ( Michael ), Jamie Miller Mills ( Ray) and Brad Miller ( Jennifer ) all reside in Ridgeville, SC  She has 10 Grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren

Shelia worked in the Transportation Industry for more than 40 years she was a long time member and supporter of the Trucking Association. She retired at age 70

She was a woman that loved her family and was always present. She was a wife a mom and a granny she loved all of those roles. She was our mother, hero, and our friend. She will be greatly missed and will forever be in our hearts.

She had 1 sister Charlotte Jeter of Kingsport, TN that passed away. She has family that resides in TN 2 sister-in laws Linda Miller( Kingsport) and Becky Laws ( Johnson City)  4 nieces( Kingsport) and 1 nephew 2 great nephews (Kingsport)

Family will have a private memorial at a later date.
