Obituary of Charles Marshall Craven
Charles Marshall (Pud) Craven, 83, of Ladson, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2022, peacefully at home, surrounded by his family. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He retired from the Polaris Missile Facility (POMFLANT). He was a member of Miles Road Baptist Church. His care is being entrusted to Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation & Burial Service. A loving husband daddy, and granddaddy. He enjoyed spending time with his family, vacationing in Maggie Valley, sitting on the porch with his beloved dog Melodine, and riding on his lawn mower cutting grass. Left to cherish his memory, loving devoted wife, of 65 years, Virgie Morris Craven of Ladson, daughters, Alice Armstrong (Donald) of Ladson, son, Curtis Craven (Anita) of North Charleston, Brenda (Rena) Butler (Bill) of North Charleston, Kimberly Cox (Eddie) of Goose Creek, five grandchildren and 2 great-granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mattie Mae Smoak Craven and Forest Marshall Craven.

Celebration of Life service will be held at Miles Road Baptist Church on November 22, 2022 at 11:00am. Doors open at 10:00am
