Obituary of Sandra Gruber Pace

We lost an angel this week on Wednesday February 24, 2016. Sandra “Sissy” K Smith Pace died peacfully at Roper Hospital CICU. She was born in Mobile, Alabama on Dec 6, 1954. Sissy grew up in North Charleston and graduated from R.B. Stall High school. She resided in West Ashley. Sandra is survived by her husband Homer “Mac” Pace III, son Sean A.M. Gruber and wife Heather Gruber, grandchildren Jonathan and Kalina, mother Elisabeth R. Smith, sister Genda Smith Pulaski, and several nieces and nephews. She will be joining her fatherJohnie M. Smith, sister Pamela Sue Smith Dillon, and niece Erin Elizabeth Dillon in heaven for a joyful reunion. A small memorial will be held on Sunday February 28, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Simplicity Lowcountry Crematory located at 7475 Peppermill Parkway North Charleston, SC 29418.
