Obituary of Larry Carman Scarborough

Departing from us the 21st of December 2022, Larry Carman Scarborough, born one of eleven siblings to Henry and Lucille Scarborough January the 28th 1943, has heard his long awaited trumpets and in accordance to his beliefs has gone home to walk with his Lord.

A beloved husband, devoted father, doting grandfather and great-grandfather, a loving brother and treasured uncle, dedicated Deacon, selfless giver, humble provider and proud progenitor, and a paragon of role models, Larry is survived by his wife of 56 years, Mildred, his two children Duane S and Theresa H, his nine grandchildren; Christopher S, Lauren D, Micah S, Joshua S, Abby A, Ashley S, Ryan H, Faith S and Daniel S, one Great-granddaughter Arden D and one expected Great-grandchild, his twin Harry S and three brothers and two sisters, countless nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, his church family and friends, and a community which cannot know the totality of the immense value of his life.

A celebration of that life will be held at Crowfield Baptist church of goose creek on January the 7th 2022 at 11 A.M. The family asks the reader and well-wishers to consider a small donation to any reputable Alzheimer's research fund in lieu of flowers and condolences
