Obituary of April Marie Fogle Woods

On January 14, 2023 our sweet girl, April Marie Fogle Woods, earned her heavenly wings. From December 23, 1986 until her final day on earth, April filled our world with happiness, unconditional love and never ending support. April’s greatest treasure in life was her family whom she loved more than anything in this world. April left behind the love of her life her husband, Charles R. Woods Jr. (Chuck), her loving parents Stephen L. and Billie Marie Fogle, siblings Kerry D. Krider Jr. (Jennifer), Eric Fogle (Suzanne), Carrie Fogle (Bobby), wonderful mother-in-law Donna Pruitt Woods, special cousins Amanda Blocher, Elizabeth Shafer (John), Heather Robinson(Jason), Alyssa Blocher and Ashlyn Blocher plus a host of nieces, nephews, “adopted” children, friends and fur babies.  April was welcomed into Heaven by her maternal grandparents Bill and Linda Adams, paternal grandparents Gillespie and Margaret Fogle, father-in-law Charles R. Woods Sr., and special cousin Billy Slone. We were truly blessed to have our beautiful, sweet girl in our lives and she will be sorely missed. A memorial service is being held Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation and Burial Services, 281 Treeland Dr, Ladson SC 29456. Donations can be made in April’s memory to her favorite charity, the American Diabetes Association.
