Obituary of Charles Alfred Lee

Charles Alfred Lee, 76, of Walterboro, South Carolina entered eternal rest on December 29th, 2015. He was born August 14th, 1939 in Waycross, Georgia. He is survived by one daughter, Candace Grant (Jeff Grant) of Walterboro, South Carolina, one sister, Pamela Murray (Roger Murray) of Blackshear, Georgia, two granddaughters Rebecca Grant of Walterboro, South Carolina, and Alex Beasley (Rusty Beasley) of Brooklet, Georgia, one great-grandson, Brannon Beasley and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by both parents, Pinkie Gilliard Lee and William H. Lee, one brother, Bernard Lee, one daughter, Melissa Wassing, and one nephew, Michael Lee. He served in the Army during the Korean War as a military police officer. He was an excellent gardener and loved being outside. A special thanks to Hospice Advantage for making him feel at peace and loved. Burial will be private. Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation & Burial Services will be handling arrangements.
