April Gannett-Leeming "Granny"

Born March 2, 1967 in Portsmouth Virginia passed away surrounded by family at the young age of 56 on May 28, 2023, after a valiant battle against ovarian cancer.  She will be deeply missed by her husband of 25 years John Leeming, son Paul Gannett, Daughter Christine Sheppard, Son in law Austin Sheppard and grand daughter Elizabeth Sheppard, 2 brothers Doug and David Coleson as well several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews and 100's of friends.  April was outgoing, charismatic and compasionate, She would help complete strangers in need. She loved being a mom, animals, running her small business, crafting and making custom tumblers.  April had a genuine and infectious smile that was that was noticed and remembered by everyone when she entered a room.  Her greatest love was being a "Granny"

There will be a Celebration of life on June 1st 1-3pm  at Lowcountry Cremation and Burial Service, 281 Treeland Drive, Ladson SC 29456
