Obituary of Christian O Maggay

Christian O. Maggay of Moncks Corner, SC age 61 passed away at home on November 5, 2023.  Christian was born at the Naval Hospital in Charleston, SC.  He was the son of the late Guillermo Maggay and his mother Marie R. Maggay.  Christian graduated from Berkeley High School and went into the US Air Force where he served 4 years at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas.

Christian worked in construction for about 40 years and enjoyed building and remodeling on various projects.

He enjoyed planting flowers and buying different kinds of green plants.  He liked gardening.

Christian was preceded in death by his father Guillermo Maggay and two brothers Benito and Angelo Maggay.

Christian is survived by his three surviving siblings Alonzo Maggay and Gilbert Maggay and one sister Feliza Hill.  Five nephews Mario, Miguel, Geoffrey, Victor and Reed.  Three great nieces Kira, Auroa (RoRo) and Elena Marie.  Two great nephews Aedan and Maxriel Maggay.

A memorial will be held at a later date.
