Obituary of Joseph D Lamagno

Joseph D. Lamagno was born in Streator, Illinois on July 27, 1940, and passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023 in Summerville, S.C.  He married his high school sweetheart (Bonnie Baker) on June 20, 1959 (over 64 years of marriage!).  He was the proud father of four children (Danny, Dirk, Dawn (Salvo) and Dodie (Kelly) and grandfather of 7 grandchildren.  Joe spent over three decades working as a skilled mold maker for Owens-Illinois Glass. He was a dedicated family man that prioritized loyalty, hard work, and a good meal over life’s other distractions.  Joe is preceded in death by his father (Carl S. Lamagno), Mother (Genevieve Lamagno), Brother (Ronald D. Lamagno), sister (Carla A. McGuire) and his eldest son (Daniel J. Lamagno). Services will be held privately with family.
