Obituary of Jerry Lewis Whorton

Jerry Lewis Whorton, 56, of Ladson, Sales Representative for the Frito Lay Company entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 He is survived by his loving wife Ellen “Becki” Whorton. Children; Chris & Kimberly Shetzley, Ashley Wooten. Grandchildren; Cameron & Micah Shetzley, Deegan & Brantley Wooten. Brother Jim Whorton & his wife Gina. Sisters Janie Whorton & husband Gary, Annabelle from Colorado, along with his Four legged Friends; Gizmo, Hercules, Dallas, Jake, Cocoa, peanut and Buffy. Jerry was an avid Cowboy’s fan, a Great husband, very hard worker and a true friend. He has made many friends over the years at the companies he has worked for; Rhodes Furniture, Sofa Superstore, Hess Corporation, Jerry enjoyed Fishing, Boating, and Football and working in his yard. Jerry a jokester himself, had a great since of humor, always making his friends laugh. He will be truly missed by his family and all his friends. His celebration of life will be held at Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation & Burial Services, North Charleston, SC. On Friday October 16, 2015 from 1-2:00pm.
