John was a great brother and friend, who put his family first. He loved his wife and all 5 kids. When he became ill John knew that he wanted his family near other family members and took action to see this done while he could.
While we lived most of our grown lifes apart there were 3 years or so that our familys lived nearby so we could have get togethers and celebrate birthdays which leave great memories. When we lived thousand of miles apart we kept in touch and always played March Madness and yes I lost more then I won and I still owe my brother 10$ from this past season.
We will miss him greatly and even now I want to give him a call. I know the last 2-3 months John was in pain and now he is with the Lord and other family members. Love you John

From the first day I met John at work I guess you could say we hit it off… He walked by my desk and said ” Hey new girl what’s your name” I said “it’s Diana but you can call me Sunny!” He looked at me with a puzzled look and said ” No you don’t look like either you look like a Becky so I will call you Becky…”And he did!!! He would always give me a hard time that I liked my Mc Donalds coffee… He insisted I needed to switch to Dunkin Donuts not my Mud from Mc Donalds!! He talked me into sewing a button on his leather jacket one day while I was making dials “to prove I can multitask LOL then he thanked me by buying me a cup of “real coffee”… yep thats right Dunkin Donuts! He was so proud of his family he showed off his pictures in his wallet any chance he could! He was a hard worker and would not let anything stop him, he was such a great role model of a hard worker, family man, and a friend… He will be missed and forever remembered.

A genuinely great person and someone that always made you laugh, is how I’ll always remember John. He was truely wonderful to work with and had such a funny sense of humor. He always referred to me as “Miss Patty”. May you rest in peace and know that you touched so many of us in your lifetime. You will be dearly missed.

John was a great caring friend and a wonderful work buddy who became my best friend almost immediately after meeting him. He was loved by everyone at work and sure helped make the hours go by a little easier and faster. He always spoke about his children who were the most important thing in his world. There were always funny stories he told about his kids and i know everything he did was with his family in mind. John was the most selfless person I ever met. He was the kindest person I had ever come across. I have missed him so much since he moved away from IL and now that its for ever its hard to imagine. At least I know that he is out of pain though and watching over his family like the father he was. I am sure he will be with each and every one of you always.
